Despite being a for-profit organization we do not believe that this must necessarily be our ultimate goal. We at IBIS Services believe that a company can pursue other goals than making profits and still be profitable. These three main goals are pursued by IBIS Services:
Below follows an explanation of how we want to achieve these goals.
This goal is achieved by a focus on delivering our services as promised, keeping our clients satisfied. Continuous quality monitoring is done, and client satisfaction surveys are conducted regularly to make sure we are on track. A key element in having satisfied clients is employing pro-active, reliable, talented people. As can be seen, our next goal is therefore tied with this goal.
Our employees are our most important asset, and we feel they should be treated accordingly. That means offering a pleasant work environment that provides all tools and equipment necessary to perform the job. But it also means listening to the employees' comments, suggestions, and complaints, and responding appropriately. Our policy that 10% of our employees' time can be used for self-education on a topic that can be chosen by the employee.
Not only respecting but also taking an active role in promoting sustainable entrepreneurship is our third goal. From our own perspective we intend to act in a responsible and sustainable way towards the community and the environment, but we similarly try to encourage our clients as well as suppliers to do the same thing. Based on our Guide to Sustainable Entrepreneurship we provide our employees and stake holders with a tool to start making a difference. Again, constant monitoring helps us ensuring we are going down the right track.
